(21-15-9, Squat clean @ 43/60kg, Ring Dips. Reps must be split evenly, 1for1 reps for squat clean and sets of 3reps for ring dips)
‘Karen’
(150 x wall balls @ 6/9kg. Reps must be rep for rep)
‘10 round Cindy’
(5 x Pull up, 10 x Push up, 15 x Air squat. Cindy must be split up into even rounds. One pair completes a round, then the other pair completes a round
